Look at HRA line and UTS line. point 50 at HRA line coincides horizontally at 75 UTS line hence its Strength is 75x103  psi.

And we know the relation 1psi = 6894.75729 Pascal (Pa) so that we convert 75x103 psi to MPa i.e. 517 MPa.
