This is becaise the uncertainity in predicting the speed of light has been reduced drastically to 0.1nm(From micosacle to nanoscale) and the relative uncertainity of 10^-10.Until and unless some method comes which gives lesser uncerainity in predicting speed of light comes,this method will be used.
