Ans 2) A good nutrition can help in preventing cancer as they contain many anti-oxidants which helps in scavenging out the free radicals. There are many ingredients or chemical constituents which strengthen the immune system and keeps cancer at bay.
Ans 3) Calcium is a mineral which is most abundantly present in our body. The calcium is the level or degree till which it is absorbed and utilised in the body. The bioavailability depends on dietary calcium which is available for absorption. Some of the good source of calcium is milk, cheese and all dairy products. It helps in making the bones and teeth strong and hence helps in providing a strong skeletal support.
Ans 4) Water is used by all cells and organs in the body to regulate various functions and metabolism. It helps in regulating the body temperature. It helps the cell to function properly and takes care of many chemical and metabolic functions. It helps in transport of nutrients, waste removal and circulation.
Ans 5) The bone is composed of scaffolding which helps in imparting structural support to the body. The surface consists of calcium salt deposit and it also has many protein fibres. There are many minerals which help in imparting rigidity to the bone. The collagen protein helps in providing it strength.
