Question

Are the following statements True or False? You do NOT need to explain why: simply write "True" or "False" as appropriate. The value of the wavefunction at any point must be a real number. For a quantum system in a superposition of two energy eigenstates ( with different energy eigenvalues ) , the probability density of finding a particle at any particular point in space changes with time in an oscillatory manner. The photoelectric effect shows that light cannot be regarded as being particle - like. As the length of an infinite square potential well increases, the energy separation between energy eigenstates also increases. It is impossible to find a particle in the barrier region ( V = Vo ) of a finite square well. The eigenvalues of an operator ( representing an observable ) are the allowed values for a measurement of that observable.
