These parts come from one problem. I understood how to draw the lines, but I'm not sure about C, I think it is either the second option, or the last option. I just cannot tell the difference with the uniform part of the last option.

(b) A conducting cube is given a positive charge. Sketch the electric field pattern both inside and outside the cube.

second option would be correct because -

from hollw sphere outside it will be emanated as inside it will be zero

and for cube since it is conducting the charge would distribute at the surface
