Normal blood pressure is 120 over 80 mm of mercury (mmHg)

If greater than or equal to 140 over 90mm of mercury (mm Hg), you seek a medical attention

HT warning that sets the level at 130mmHg for high systolic blood pressure have better sensitivity and specificity,as it save us earlier by indicating that we are near to danger zone of hypertension

Other information i want to know are:

Does regular physical exercise help to conrol high BP?

Does this hypertension can be treated without the drugs?

Can high blood pressure can be treated with diet ?

Is blood pressure is a disease for life and how the different organs in the body are being affected ,how we can cope with that??
