The cell density can be calculated by the formula ;

Cell density = Average cells per small square * the dilution factor / volume of the small square

Average cells per small square = (125 + 135 +130 +135)/4 = 131.25

Dilution factor would be 1 here since undiluted sample

Volume of small square = 1mm3 (as depicted in the figure) = 0.001ml

Cell density = 131.25*1/0.001ml = 131250 cells /ml
