1)-2.8 = 0 + 5.3 x sin48 t - 0.5 x 9.8 t^2

4.9 t^2 - 3.94 t - 2.8 = 0

t = -0.45 ; t = 1.26 s

x = x + v t

x = 0 + 5.3 cos48 x 1.26 = 4.47 m

Hence, x = 4.47 m

2) -2.8 = 0 + 0 -0.5 x 9.8 t^2

t = 1.07 s

x = 5.3 x 1.07 = 5.671 m
