Activities involved in producing PP(PolyPropylene) container filled with yoghurt is as under:

1) Extraction of crude oil from ground

Crude oil is extracted from ground for the production of PP container.

2) Refining of crude oil and production of chemicals needed to produce PP.

3) Production of PP and processing into pellets.

4) Converting these pellets into desired container size.

5) Raw materials required for yogurt:

Yogurt is made from variety of ingredients such as milk, sugar, stablizers, fruit, flavour and bacterial culture. Thus they all are collected for making.

6) Adjust milk composition and blend ingredients.

7) Pasteurize milk and homogenize it.

8) Cool milk and inoculate the starter culture

The starter cultures are mixed in to cool milk.

9) Hold

The milk is held at 42 degrees celsius until pH is 4.5

10) Cool it

Yogurt is cooled at 7 degree celsius to stop fermentation.

11) Add fruits and flavour.

12) Package

The prepared yogurt is packed into the PP container.
