Explanation / Answer

There are two contraints in the system

1). Since the length of the string is fixed, we have one contraint due to this

CA+AB=L=constant.

2). The velocity with which the block is pulled is related to the velocity of rhe pully, and thereupon to the velocity of verticaly moving block.
