Capstone project may seem daunting and frustrating at first but once you complete it, it is one of the most valuable experiences of your student career.

I will give you some pointers on your topic.

Programming framework refers to already written code which handles the low level things and letting to handle the high level things.

You should know the difference between a programming framework and a library.

A framework is where we put in our code

A library is something that we put into our code

Now coming to the programming language to choose as first language, it is often a debatable thing. It really depends on the application and the user. If the person wants to apply programming to mathematics or science, their needs may be different from someone wanting to apply computer programming to create a website or something who is trying to create a desktop application.
