Explanation / Answer

1--> false as short wavelength or high frequency wave is used to see fine details because shorter the wavelengh higher will be reflection from denser surface hence more detailed image

2-->false as this is based on dopplers effect and he can calculate frequency from intensity but cant calculate velocity of ultrasound. Here 2 values are known and 2 are unknown hence it is not possible for him to calculate velocity untill he gets the velocity of wave. He also needs the direction of flow of blood whether it is toward the wave or away from the wave

3-->true as wave gets reflected from heart but penetrate the tissues surrounding heart like skin muscles etc.

4--> true as explained in first part
