The phase diagram in fig. 3 has been proposed to account for the mechanism by which chocolates are made with a soft caramel interior. By using the information on the phase diagram in fig.3 suggest a way of treating a chocolate-caramel combination that lives up to the slogan for sweet revenge.Explanation / Answer
The slogan is to be satisfied, by putting the product in your mouth. So from phase diagram we see that when the product is having about 85 % of chocolate and remaining caramel, the product goes through miscibility region and easily melts. Thus us beacause here when the temperature of product just reaches above RT, chocolate bar marks. Hence this combination may be used.
