Electric field density indicate the magnitude of charge and from the diagram it's clear that electric field is denser at charge B, hence we can conclude that charge of B is greater than A.

Also as the electric field lines terminating at B , it means charge B is negative charge.

So their ratios must be negative and as charge B is greater than A so ratio must be smaller than 1.

Hence option (d) is correct.
