b) The centre of mass of the system lies at 425 mm from the point where force is applied.

Moment of inertia of the system about the centre of mass = [ {m*L^2 /24}+{m*0.175^2 / 2} ] + [ {m*R^2 / 4}+{m*0.175^2 / 2} ]
