Question

The performance of a device is defined as the ratio of the desired output to the required input, and this definition can be extended to nontechnical fields. For example, your performance in this course can be viewed as the grade you earn relative to the effort you put in. If you have been investing a lot of time in this course and your grades do not reflect it, you are performing poorly. In that case, perhaps you should try to find out the underlying couse and how to correct the problem. Give three other definitions of performance from nontechnical fields and discuss them.

Explanation / Answer

1) suppose club A bought a player B with very high amount of money and if he is not performing then we can say his efficiency is very low.by this way we can determine the efficiency of each player in our team and we can sold out the player whose efficiency is low. 2) suppose we are eating a food A which is very costly and if its giving us pleasure we can say its efficiency is very low. by this way we can arrange the food stuffs with high efficiency and so we can save our money and increase our satisfaction. 3) suppose you are studying many course then measure their efficiency my dividing the grades you scored in them by the time you spent in them and this will give you the data of their efficiency .so by this way you can drop the subject with low efficiency and try for other subjects with higher efficiency.
