The short term strategies that could be undertaken to address these problems is putting up advertisement for new recruitment and arranging interviews.The advertisement should highlighten the fact that deserving candidates would get the best package in the industry.Further, prior to putting up the advertisemnt, the HR department should discuss with the clinicias regarding the minimum criteria that should be considered to select the candidates.

In the long term, training could be arranged for those workers who are employed but whose performance is below average so that they can come at par with the best workers in the organization.

Putting up an advertisement for interview to recruit fresh candidates can be undertaken by the HR alone while setting up the the eligibility criteria and the training programs are something that require collaboration with employee groups and/or HR directors at neighbouring employers.

Three short term priorities are cost management,choosing the best candidate and bringing up the less skilled workers at par with the best ones.In the long term the strategy will be appointing deserved candidates and promoting them to give them good benefits that in turn will motivate them to perform better at work.
