magnetic field due to arc of a circle of radius r and circular angle theta is given by
B = mu*i*theta/2r*2*pi = ki*theta/r ( where k = 10^-7, i is current through the loop)

so in the given figure
magnetic field due to the straight segments of wire is 0 ( as they are intersecting the point of interest)
hence magnetic field is only die to the curved segments of wire
hence
net magnetic field
B = ki*theta(1/b - 1/a) (out of the page)
B = 10^-7*20*(15*pi/180)(1/0.08 - 1/0.16)
B = 32.7249*10^-7 T
