We can find the magnitude of induced EMF just by using the formula.
EMF = B*L*v
Where B will be in tesla, L will be in meter and v in m/s2 .
= 20/100*15*.57
= 1.71 volt.
Now as the bar moves outside, the flux associated with loop will increase thus giving rise to the induced emf.
So there is increase in emf. So to compensate this increase the induced emf will be into the page.
And if we move our right hand side fingers in counter closewise direction then the direction of thumb will be outside the page. So the direction of current will be counter clockwise.
