Heart attacks accounted for some of these deaths. If risk factors associated with heart attack were the same for both cities, which measurement of morbidity would tell us the level of medical support that is extant for heart attack victims in each city? Suburban: 10250/2200000 or 0.0046 or 0.46%.

Metropolitan: 13250/5300000 or 0.0025 or 0.25%.

It can be seen that these percentages or motality rates do not count upto very large in these population and it seems that they do not pose any specific risk factor. This suggest that these deaths could be attributed as random events.

However, in a scenario where it might have posed a risk factor, the data from metropolitan city would have been more comprehensive for analysis of the degree of medical support required by the victims.
