either you yourself, or someone else can measure the distance fromyour hand to your wrist to your elbow and finally to yourshoulder. A tape measure in centimeters would suffice (youcan later convert the measurements into meters). Next use theequation for torque which is: Force*unitarm (where force and unit arm are perpendicular to oneanother) unit arm would be the distances yo measured in the 3scenarios and force would simply be mg=5*9.8 or 49N for each trial.Hope that helps!
