However, for your experiment, you also need some radioactive OMG protein, which is coded by the E. coli OMG gene. If you threw in an mRNA OMG transcript isolated from E. coli cells, would you expect to see radioactive OMG protein? Why or why not? (2-3 sentences)

Nbd protein ie; nuclear (nucleotide) binding domain is the proten that binds to nucleotides. Utilization of amino acids takesplace in the translation process to form the protein. Thus radioactive aminoacids available for translation are used and a radioactive protein is formed. When the OMG gene transcript from E.coli is introduced, it will initiate protein formation ie: translation for OMGP (Oligodendrocyte Myelin Glycoprotein), The translation process will utilized the available aminoacids. As radioactive labelled aminoacids are present, those will be utilized to form a radioactive labelled protein.
