   Charge on each capacitor is same,hence choice (d) is correct.      Suppose the charge on firstplate is Q, then similar charge ( - Q) will be induced on the otherplate of first capacitor. This will make the first plate of secondcapacitor have a charge of + Q. Finally the second plate of secondcapacitor will carry charge - Q.
