Here Angular momentum remains constant. IW=constant. I can be calculated using axis theorems. When man is at a distance x the inertia is I=(1/4)(2Mr*r+m*x*x) so w final is [(2M+m)/(2M+m(x*x/r*r))]w when man comes to centre (1+(m/2M)w work is done against the centripetal force.And work done iscalculated using conversation of energy (1/2)IW*W = Energy
