Here it is given that 40% of those who are willing to park are returned back i.e 60% have parked.

hence let total no of willing vehicles are X. hence 60%of X=220, X=366.67=367(to be on safer side)

Hence excess demand=367-220=147, so no of additional spaces =147/efficiency =147/0.8=183.75=184 Ans.
