4- Seeded water can be termed as the dillution of water use ofr various dillutions of BOD samples. we use this to confirm the quality of dillution water. fir thi sexperiment we do need to use the seed becuase we use the glucose glutamic acid and seed in this experiement.
5 -Oxygen concentration will be remain same after 5 or 7 days. we need a limit of Dissolve oxygen which is 7.95 mg/L at 270 C.
7- Bubble o oxygen is bottled and after 5 days it will not be matter. it wl be constant.
6- we have to add the minimum amount of water if dissolve oxygen is low.
