How would you resolve the following using the three of the analytical frameworks set out in this chapter (environmental rights, utilitarianism, and environmental justice)? How would you personally go about resolving this problem?

Hazardous waste is itself indicates the objects those radiate the different harmful radiations which cause different diseases and sometimes explodes which are very dangerous to the environment, flora, and fauna and human life. These hazardous waste mainly consists of radioactive substances from the atomic reaction centers. So, the disposal of these substances should be very careful and the place of disposal should be prepared outside the city in such a way that no harm or no leakage of gases or harmful radiation outside. Environment impact assessment report should be prepared if one is used to establishing a certain disposal center at a place. The EIA report clearly indicates the damage caused by this disposal center to the environment in the future. It also has rules and regulations for the treatment of these hazardous waste separately and the management system that should be required for this purpose and the law if deny of the rules and regulations of the agency. And finally, decides whether the place of disposal is right and can have used more than the harmfulness. If the usefulness is much more than harmfulness then permission may be given.
