Question
I have figured out parts one and 2 but can not get part three. An electromagnetic wave from a wire antenna travels (from the reader) toward the plane of the paper. At time t = 0.0 s it strikes the paper at normal incidence. At point O and t = 0.0 s, the magnetic field vector has its maximum value, 4.01×10-8 T, pointing in the negative y-direction. The frequency of this wave is 1.09×106 Hz.
What is the x-component of the associated electric field E at time t = 0.0 s? (Use the right-hand rule to determine the direction of E, and hence the sign of the x-component.)
1.20×101 V/m You are correct. Computer's answer now shown above.

What is the magnitude of the Poynting vector of the wave at time t = 0.0 s?
3.84×10-1 W/m^2 You are correct. Computer's answer now shown above.

What is the y component of the magnetic field at point O at time 4.59×10-7 s?
Explanation / Answer
at t=4.59e-7 T=1/f=9.17e-7 so t=0.5(T). so the y component of the magnetic field at point 0 is 4.01e-8T in the positive direction.
