Since the observer is moving 'towards' the light source, blue-shift occurs. Thus the equation is: b = c/(c + vb) (whereb is the observed wavelength) vb = c(/b 1)----derived from the above...         =c(700/530 -1 ) vb=0.32c sorry, but the equations give this answer, they can't bewrong...
