Fish have one atrium and one ventricle
Insects have an open circulatory system
The blood going to the systemic capillaries has a lower pressure in amphibians than in fish.
There is mixing of oxygen-rich and oxygen-poor blood in the ventricle of fish.
Explanation / Answer
correct options are
1. Fish have one atrium and one ventricle
Amphibians and reptiles have two atria and one ventricle.
2. Insects come in the arthropod phylum which has the open circulatory system.
So the answer is insects have an open circulatory system.
3. amphibians have the double circulatory system whereas fish have the single circulatory system. but both the organisms have ventricle which pump blood to all the part of the body with same force. So 3 is not correct
4. There is mixing of oxygen-rich and oxygen-poor blood in the ventricle of fish is not correct because oxygen-poor blood is converted into oxygen rich blood in gills which make it impossible for ventricle to mix oxygen-rich and oxygen-poor blood.
