Pluripotent cells will be preferred over neural stem cells because Induced pluripotent stem cells are a recent advancement in generation of a new class of pluripotent stem cells which are derived from patients' own skin fibroblasts. They can bemade autologous and can provide a sufficient quantity of cells by culturing , making the use of other stem cells unnecessary.
