Here given that -  
i (initial angular velocity)=(50 rev/min)(2/1rev)(1min/60sec) = 5.23 rad/sec
now -
f = final angular velocity
f = i + t
f = 5.23 rad/sec + (0.47rad/sec^2)(10sec)
f = 9.93 rad/sec

convert this in rpm -  
(9.93 rad/sec)(1rev/2rad)(60sec/1min) = 94.0 rpm

Part B:

= (avg)(t)
= [(i + f)/2](10sec)
= [(5.23 + 9.93)/2](10)
= 75.8 rad = 75.8 rad (1rev/2rad) = 12.07 rev = 12.0 rev
