I have calculated this out but I feel like my answer is incorrect... I've copied my worked below:
Formula to find time constant in RC circuit: t = RC
C = 2.38 k = 2.38 x 10^-3
R = 44.4 F = 44.4 x 10^-6 F
Solve for find time constant: t = (2.38 x 10^-3 )( 44.4 x 10^-6 F) = 0.00000010567 s
= 0.00000010567 s x 1000 ms = 0.000105672 ms
