force on a current carrying wire=I*cross product of L and B

where I=current magnitude

L=length of the wire

direction of L is along the direction of current

B is magnetic field

given I=8.2 A

L=28 cm=0.28 m

direction of current is along +k.

B=-0.238 i -0.989 j -0.349 k

magnetic force=8.2*0.28*cross product of (k and (-0.238 i -0.989 j -0.349 k))

=8.2*0.28*(-0.238 j +0.989 i)

=2.27074 i -0.54645 j
