If the population exceeds the carrying capacity, and then the death rate of that area will increases. Carrying capacity of the Earth is increases by increasing the natural sources of the Earth.

The decrease of the carrying capacity is due to exhaustion and waste buildup, for example soil fertility and water pollution. The increase of the population results decrease of the carrying capacity of the Earth because increase of the population use high renewable and nonrenewable resources.

Yes, the engineers are trying to increase the carrying capacity of the Earth. They are preplanning and giving the awareness to people. The engineers are giving suggestions and statistic charts of decreasing of carrying capacity of the Earth. They are giving suggestions to increase the carrying capacity of the Earth for the increases population.

For the increases population needs more food, water, oil, coal natural gases and energy, forests. Food and water are nonrenewable sources, so we have to take care while they are using, which means those are nonrenewable sources of the Earth.
