Distance of maxima of order m from central maxima is y= order of maxima*wavelength*distance between screen and slit/ slit spacing or, y= m*w*D/d

So, 0.2*10^-3= 3*w*2 / 15*10^-6

So, w= 5*10^-10 m

Now, from figure, 2*w= L

So, L= 2*5*10^-10= 1*10^-9= 1.0 nm
