Clockwise EMF means inside flux will increase, that can be a counter to increasing outward flux.

That can be done either by increasing the area or increasing the magnitude of the magnetic field.

B)

For counter clockwise induced EMF, area should be dcreased, magnitude could also be decreased, or the loop could also be rotated any of the way.

C)

EMF is

EMF =- (change in flux)/( total time taken)

=(0.5*20*.12*.12)/0.03

=4.8V
