Given that

mass m1=2 kg

mass m2=5 kg

pulley mass M=4 kg

radius r=5 cm

now we find the acceleration of the system

the acceleration =(m2-m1)g/(m1+m2+M/2)

=(5-2)*9.8/(2+5+4/2)

=3.27 m/s^2

now we find the translational speed

the translational speed V=[2*3.27*1.5]^1/2=3.1 m/s^2

now we find the angular speed

the angular speed W=V/r=3.13/0.05=62.6 rad/s=597.8 rad/min
