we can conclude that the applied force is greater than the other forces acting on a body then the body will move with constant velocity.

   the normal force and the force of gravity as the block continue along the horizontal due to the application of force which is directed along horizontal and constant frictional force which is acting along opposite to the applied force direction,the block can move with constant acceleration


for this the condition is F > f

if F = f , block will be ready to move

if F < f , block doesn't move
