Answer- (1) There is origin of replication site in DNA and initial most event in replication is addition of RNA primer, these help DNA polymerase to initiate replication.

(2)RNA polymerase also find correct place for transcription because there is sequences on DNA which act as start signal for example in bacteria sequence is 5' TATAAT 3' while sequence in mammals is 5' TATAAA 3'

(4) This is the sigma factor, protein which aid in binding of RNA polymerase to promoter sequence.

(5)Bacterial and eukaryotic promoters are different, in bacteria there is TATA box or pribnow box with sequence of 5' TATAAT 3' while in eukaryotes like mammals contain Hogness box with sequence of 5' TATAAA 3'
