1)Obesity can cause many heart related diseases such as increased blood cholesterol, hypertension, hypertrophy of heart walls, failure of heart etc.
In a present day scenario most of the physicians inform the consequences of the obesity to the obese individuals.
Changing the current life style, eating habits and following a strict diet is difficult, this makes the individual hard to lose the weight.
Reducing the weight requires strong dedication and motivation for a long period of time which is again influenced by the economical,emotional, and environmental factors.
