Q No 1. Gram positive bacteria are those, which gives positive test with Gram stain due to presence of thick cell wall made of Peptidoglycan . Gram positive bacteria includes staphylococcus, streptococcus ( coccus = spherical shape) bacterias.

Gram positive bacteria mainly cause Osteomyelitis, Pneumonia , Endocarditis, Skin infections etc

Q No 2 The infections caused by any Gram positive bacteria is fatal, if not treated at time. But there are some infections like Pneumonia, certain skin infections which are really life threatening . Pneumonia is the inflammatoin of air sacs of lungs which may sometime filled with yellowish colour fluid.
