Explanation / Answer
Micronutrients include the vitamins and minerals .All the recommended intake of micronutrients in her diet conform to the level required for her age . All are well below the tolerable limit . So I would think this diet should provide her with her micronutrient goals .
She should decrease cholesterol as much as possible as she has a high BMI and a family history of cardiac disease .just sodium restriction is not ideal to control hypertension . She should start excercise and avoid her sedentary lifestsyle . She should have her blood pressure, sugar levels and her cardiac status checked frequently and if anything is amiss treatment should be started for the same . a high BMI is also related to high risk of heart disease and by excercise she can reduce her weight and bring the BMI between 18-25. Depending upon the menopausal state she may need to increase her calcium intake also.
