to proceed with this question, we assume that the current in both the circuits is the same

for the left circuit, the voltage across the battery will be equal to V = IaRa

and for the right circuit, the voltage across the battery will be equal to V = IbRb + IcRc

now since, all the bulbs and batteries are identical, therefore

Vleft = IR

and Vright = I (R+R) = 2IR

so Vright = 2Vleft
