a) The aperture is a double slit .

This is because of decrease in intensity on either sides of graph .

b)     Here, d * sin(theta) = n * lambda

     =>     d * (x/D) = n * lambda

c)    Here,    d * (0.025/2.5) = 3 * 600 * 10-9

=> d = 0.18 mm

=>    spacing between the slits = 0.18 mm
