V^2/r = 8.1

V^2/13 = 8.1

V = 10.26 V

current in the wire , I = V/r

I = 10.26 /13

the current in the circuit is 0.79 A

length of rod , L = 1.39 m

magnetic feild , B = 2.4 T

let the speed of rod be v

EMF = B * v * L

10.26 = 2.4 * v * 1.39

v = 3.08 m/s

the speed of rod is 3.08 m/s
