The current reasearch that links patient safety outcomes to ADN and BSN nurses : the current research linking the patient safety outcomes to Associate degree in nursing(ADN) and Bachelor of science in nursing( BSN), The associate degree in nursing takes 2years to complete while Bachelor of science in nursing taked 4 years of completion and these are more qualified then ADN , while BSN nurses are highly trained and qualified to meet the nations patient nursing needs and deliver safe and effective patient care, and the quality of patient care depends on the level of the well educated nursing workforce and research have shown that there are lower mortality rates, fewer medication errors and positive outcomes which are linked prepared at the bachelores and graduate levels and more highly quallifed nursing workforce having more education and has enhanced both the clinical competency and care delivery , and the hospitals which have heired the bachelore of science of nursing prepared nurses have alower patient mortality rates and a 10% rise in the nurses proportion with BSN being related with a 7% reduction in patient deaths, and patient who were treated by large number of the BSN prepared nurses personnel had a less likelihood of dying , spent lesstime in hospital beds, while others faced reduced healthcare costs there is the a strong relationship exists between the nurse education levles and the patient safety results.
