1.They help the patients in their activities of daily living.Therefore they are often called as nursing aides.

2 Non-verbal communications are interactions between people with word cues and include facial expressions and body language.

3 Range of motion is the full movement potential of the joint and it includes a range of flexion and extension.

4 There are three tytpes of Range of motion .Passive range of motion ,Active-assistive range of motion,Active range of motion.The passive range of motion is practiced on a joint that is inactive ie on a patient who is paralyzed.Active-assistive range of motion are meant to peform movement around the joint with some manual assistance.Active range of motion excercises are performed by the client alone.

5 HIPAA (Health Insurance and Portability Act) describes how personal health information may be used and how the client can obtain access to the information
