1) Acceleration = delta v/deta t
= 30/5 = 6m/s^2

Force = mass * acceleration
= 1000*6 = 6000 N

2) These two equations are related and both are correct.

Acceleration is defined as the rate of change of velocity wth respect to time.
The newton's second law if F= m* dv/dt

and dvdt or delta v/ delta t is acceleration.

3) Mass is a property of a substance, it won't change in any case, whereas weight would decrease when taken to moon.
