With this, nowadays, healthcare industries are now bringing in strategies that cater to the changing concepts in the world. The main responsibility for implementing changes within a health care company is formation of groups or teams that are headed by dynamic leaders with good administrative and leadership skills. Strategic planning is a highly regarded tool for guiding healthcare organizations and their teams in implementing change. Strategic planning can be short, medium or long term, allowing the healthcare industry to focus on relevant changes for the future.
b) Transformational change includes a dynamic shift in the organisation's business culture sense. There will be revolutionary steps taken here to include a new strategy and propagate this new ideology and change throughout the organization in a given time frame. Organization change essentially means reviewing the performance of key members and employees and facilitating change in hierachy based on performance scores.
